What changed after all these years that made her want to legally be identified as Mrs. Duhamel? No one has called her Stacy in years so she would rather just legally be identified as Fergie. The catch is that she has to publish an article in the local paper for 4 consecutive weeks in order for her request to be granted. Ron Artest had to do it too when he became Metta World Peace.
