Variety.com says that Fergie is no longer on Interscope Records and that record reps say that: “We were all in concert and want what’s best for Fergie.” She’s formed her own label called “Dutchess Music” and is expected to drop a new solo album this summer.
But what about that group that she was a part of? Well, The Black Eyed Peas are still working but this latest Instagram post from Taboo makes it look like the band is a trio NOW:

So, is she still a part of the BEP’s? We’re not sure and there’s been no official word yet.
